MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF PREPARING "OIL / WATER" EMULSIONS
Abstract
Past studies on the effect of the number of emulsifiers in emulsion characteristics obtained showed that the change in the fate of particle distribution depended on the particle size emulsion close to Gaussian distribution. Therefore, the designed factor model depends on the particle size emulsion of their number.
